September looks like being a monster month, kicking off next week with Martin Head & Neil Billingham traveling to Belgium for Flanders. This will be Martins first foreign event as a driver & Neils first full stop.
As the 1400 car that Martin normally uses is not eligible we will be using the 1800 version in group N form.
The following weekend sees us in Wales on Saturday for the Plains Rally with Richard Phillipson out in his Honda & Rob Brookes in the 1400 C2. Dominic Hodge will be using his own 205 for this round having finally wrestled it away from mid Wales This is due to be Richards final event in the championship having already clinched his class. He is hoping to finish the year with a foray to the continent, possibly the Condroz rally.
After the Plains finishes it's a mad dash to Weeton for the penultimate round of the 1400 205 Challenge. Chris Hellings will be going all out to beat Andy Chalmers on this round & tighten his grip on the Championship. Plans for Lucas Hunt are a bit up in the air as he seems to have left the planet.
The following weekend & its back to the BRC & the Trackrod Rally or Rally of Yorkshire what ever its currently called with the C2R2. Plans are to test the car in the week between Flanders & the Plains given that we can find enough hours in the days to sort all the cars out.
