A quick fix for the oil filter which had come loose on the last event, involved a jubilee clip & a bit of wire. Traditional method really.
The bend in the sump guard was a little more difficult.It was not supposed to bend - obviously - so straightening it was not really something that we had given much thought to.
Judicious use of the gas axe & a sledge hammer didn't exactly make light work of it.The heat sink of the guard was such that we could only get a smallish area hot enough to bend at a time.
Eventually we managed to get it straight enough to clear the sump.
